With a career in agency new business and growth, I’ve been at the forefront of building some of the world’s most exciting brands, partnering with CMOs centralising their marketing efforts, seeking greater creative scale and global prowess. I worked a decade at Wieden+Kennedy, first in Portland on brands like Nike and P&G and then W+K Amsterdam, where I built and led the new business department.

My background is high performance mixed with hyper creativity.

I have since advised lead creative agencies, experience design studios, challenger agencies and creative companies of all shapes and sizes. I intimately understand the dynamic creative marketplace, how agencies are built, and how they service and staff clients. I’ve seen first hand, time and again, how a CMO’s agency model and team operations impact the effectiveness of the work.

Born mid-western American, I’ve worked outside of the USA for over a decade and have cultivated a global mindset with agencies and clients in the USA, UK, Europe, and Middle East.

Past partners have described me as “useful”, “moves mountains” and “change agent.”
